Illyrian Holdings LLC is a premium auto detailing service operating in the State of New Jersey, offering standard detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), tint, and wraps.

Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Illyrian Holdings LLC does not store, view, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details. We retain only a transaction reference and the last four digits of the card used, for receipt and reconciliation purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information
- Service delivery — scheduling appointments, confirming bookings, dispatching technicians, completing services
- Transactional communication — booking confirmations, appointment reminders, on-route notifications, completion notifications, and payment receipts via SMS and email
- Customer service — responding to inquiries, resolving issues, processing refunds or rebookings

We share information only with the service providers necessary to deliver our services, and only the minimum information required for each provider's role:

- Stripe — payment processing (name, email, phone, billing address, payment instrument)
- Resend — transactional email delivery (name, email, message content)
- Supabase — secure database storage for booking, customer, and service records
- Vercel — website hosting and serverless function execution
- QuickBooks Online — bookkeeping integration limited to invoice and customer records (name and email only; no extended PII shared)
- Arbra OS — the underlying software platform that powers our booking, scheduling, invoicing, and customer-communication tooling (data processor on our behalf)
We may disclose information to legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the safety of any person.
We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Data Retention
We retain transactional records (invoices, payments, completed bookings) for the period required by federal and state law and tax authorities — typically seven (7) years for financial records.
SMS opt-in records are retained for as long as the opt-in is active, plus ninety (90) days following any opt-out, to evidence compliance with telecommunications regulations.
Photos taken for service documentation are retained for up to two (2) years after service completion, unless required longer for warranty or dispute purposes.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for stored data, role-based access controls, and row-level security on all customer records. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to protect your data.

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
